At the heart of Panada’s leadership stands the Baale. the traditional head supported by elders, family leaders, and youth representatives. The first Baale, Chief Sunday Olawoyin, laid the foundation of order and community discipline, while Chief Jacob Omitola, one of the most recent leaders, strengthened unity and modernization efforts. Panada’s chieftaincy structure reflects the Yoruba heritage of respect and service. Leadership is not about wealth, but about selflessness, fairness, and commitment to the people’s welfare. Today, the Egbatedo Panada Agege Community continues this tradition by serving as the administrative arm of the community — linking residents, government agencies, and partners to ensure progress. Our guiding belief remains: Ajọṣe ni agbára wa — together, we are stronger.
